At USAJewels we stand behind everything we sell and that is why we are offering you a very special lifetime diamond upgrade policy
If ever you would like to upgrade your diamond jewelry for either better quality diamonds or larger size diamonds you very well can do so. We will apply the full original purchase price of your diamond jewelry towards your new purchase. Therefore you never lose the values of your diamonds.
If, in the future, you wish to change the setting of an item purchased from USA Jewels, we will gladly change the setting using your original USA Jewels diamond to a new piece of diamond jewelry. We will do this providing you pay a nominal fee for the new setting and any shipping charges incurred.

Follow these steps to ensure a diamond or gem upgrade.

Notify us via Email
Send an email to upgrade@usajewels.com. The email should include your invoice number, a description of the item(s) you wish to upgrade, a telephone number to conact you.

Obtain a Confirmatin Code
A confirmation code will be sent to you when this information is obtained. No merchandise will be processed by USA Jewels without a confirmation number.

Insure your Return
Send the package by registered mail. Insure the item for the full amount of the invoice, including shipping. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. Do not ship by FedEx or UPS.
Processing Your Upgrade
Once the item reaches USA Jewels premises, please allow one full day for our professionals to contact you. A customer representative will either call you to confirm the work to be done.
